At Tay’s Management Consultants, we are dedicated to delivering expert property and financial management services with transparency, professionalism, and results. We take pride in client satisfaction, but due to the nature of our services, refunds are issued under specific conditions as outlined below:
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

Incomplete Services: If the contracted services were not completed as outlined in your service agreement.

Cancellation Within Grace Period: If you cancel within 3 business days of payment and no substantial work has begun.

Service Error: If we are unable to fulfill our responsibilities due to internal company error (e.g., failure to provide agreed-upon deliverables).
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:

Services already completed.

Client cancellations after work has started.

Delays or disruptions caused by lack of client communication or missing information.

Non-recoverable third-party costs (e.g., listing fees, staging, advertising, legal filings) already incurred on your behalf.
Requesting a Refund

All refund requests must be made in email within 10 business days of the issue.
